Returns policy

Dinosaur Supplies now offer a complete online returns procedure which should make the returns process quick and hassle free. Should you need to make a return you will be required to complete the online returns form and email it directly to our returns department who will then issue you a returns authorisation number (RAN) by email.

Before we can issue a RAN you must ensure the following:

  • Make sure you have completed the online returns form in full
  • If products are faulty or defective, you must fully state all the symptoms or nature of defect
  • Provide print samples, photographs or any additional documentation that will assist your returns claim
  • Provide contact detail including phone and fax number and email address

Authorisation
All returns will only be accepted with a valid returns authorisation number (RAN). We are unable to accept the return of goods without prior consent or a valid RAN. Any unauthorised goods will be refused and must be collected within 30 days otherwise they will be disposed of.

Goods Ordered in Error
Goods ordered in error may be returned within 30 days of the date of invoice providing the goods are in a wholly saleable condition relative to product integrity, shelf life, and packaging. These goods should be returned at the cost of the customer accompanied with a suitable paperwork and details to enable a prompt processing of your credit note. All such returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Faulty Returns
All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods and should be accompanied by a fault evaluation form, print samples and any other documentation to support your claim. Faulty goods in general and those compliant with above are collected free of charge. Please note goods claimed to be faulty may require prior authorisation from the manufacturer before credit can be agreed as there are certain brand specific exceptions to faulty returns - if in doubt please contact our Customer Services Dept.

Damaged Goods
All deliveries received in a damaged condition should be signed for as damaged to enable a claim to be processed. Such claims must be lodged with our Customer Services Dept within 3 working days to be valid. Collection of goods will be arranged free of charge within 24 hours of notification. Any credits or replacements will only be issued upon receipt of goods and a full inspection, normally within 3 working days.

Short Shipment / Incorrect Goods
All claims must be lodged with our Customer Services Dept within 3 working days to be valid. Collection will be arranged and replacement goods will be despatched free of charge within 24 hours of notification.

Expiry Date
All our returns authorisation numbers (RAN) carry a 14-day expiry date. Credits will not be issued against RAN's that have expired and goods will be subsequently refused. All returns must be suitably packaged and any damaged or defaced original packaging will not be credited.

Collections
Our carriers should effect all collections within 48 hrs unless otherwise advised.
